From the Bread Machine Book. What do you do with leftover sweet potatoes? Make bread! Makes a 1 1/2 pound loaf. Ingredients:
1/2 cup milk |
4 tablespoons butter |
1 cup cooked sweet potato |
1/4 cup molasses |
1 teaspoon grated nutmeg |
3 tablespoons sugar |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
1 cup whole wheat flour |
2 cups bread flour |
2 1/2 teaspoons yeast |
Directions:
1. Bake according to manufacturer's instructions. |
