This is a supurb side dish. Ingredients:
3 strips bacon, diced |
1 lb brussels sprout, cut in half |
1 cup chopped onion |
1 teaspoon parsley |
1 cup thin sliced carrot |
1/2 cup sliced green olives |
1/2 teaspoon oregano |
1/2 cup chicken broth |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Fry bacon in large skillet. 2. Add remaining ingredients. 3. Cook and stir for 15-20 minutes or until tender. |
