This is a supurb side dish.
Ingredients:
3 strips bacon, diced
1 lb brussels sprout, cut in half
1 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon parsley
1 cup thin sliced carrot
1/2 cup sliced green olives
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Fry bacon in large skillet.
2. Add remaining ingredients.
3. Cook and stir for 15-20 minutes or until tender.
