Not What You Think Three Bean Salad

not the sweet 3 bean recipe but a satisfying tangy recipe. Throw in some favorite chooped herbs if desired ( such as fresh dill etc. )
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb fresh green beans cut into 1 1/2 pieces
1lb bag frozen baby lima beans thawed
1, 10 oz pkg, frozen black eye peas thawed
3/4 cup leamon juice
1 1/4 cups extra virgin olive oil
1 1/2 cup chopped green scallions
salt and pepper to taste
fresh choppe dill ( optional )
Directions:
1. Cook each type of beans/peas till tender and drain.
2. Whisk together lemon juice, salt and peper and olive oil.
3. Mix into warm ( not hot ) beans/peas
4. Chill well but bring to room temperature before serving
