Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine, softened
1/2 cup peanut butter
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1 egg
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
additional sugar
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, cream butter, peanut butter and sugars.
2. Beat in egg, milk and vanilla.
3. Combine the flour, baking soda and salt.
4. Add to creamed mixture and mix well.
5. Stir in chocolate chips.
6. Roll into 1-inch balls.
7. Roll in additional sugar.
8. Place 2 inches apart on baking stone.
9. Flatten if desired.
10. Bake at 375°F for 7-9 minutes or until golden brown.
11. Remove to wire racks to cool.
