Norwegian Meat Balls

Recipe from Aunt Kay.
Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef
1 lb ground pork
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup mashed potatoes (can use instant)
1 cup dry breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1 cup milk
1 pint cream
flour
oil
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients except cream and form into balls.
2. Roll balls in flour and fry in small amout of oil to brown on all sides.
3. Put in large casserole and pour cream over.
4. Cover and bake at 325 for 40 minutes.
5. Serve immediately or pour into crockpot to hold.
6. Can substitiute 1 can cream of mushroom soup or golden mushroom soup for half of cream.
