North Croatian Horseradish Sauce #1

This is very simple sauce we eat with cooked beef from soup. Please use fresh horseradish root.
Ingredients:
200 g horseradish (whole root)
2 tablespoons beef stock (or just soup)
5 g salt
1 tablespoon vinegar (red vine vinegar)
Directions:
1. Grate horseradish.
2. When grated pour hot soup (or stock) over, add salt and vinegar. Stir well and serve.
