Norma's Sage Stuffing

This is a moist stuffing. Will stuff a 20 pound bird.
Ingredients:
4 (14 ounce) packages pepperidgefarm croutons
1 lb butter
2 cups chopped celery
1 1/2 cups chopped onions
46 ounces chicken broth
2 tablespoons ground sage
Directions:
1. Saute onion and celery in butter til tender.
2. Mix sage with dry croutons.
3. Heat broth.
4. Mix all ingredients together.
5. This will stuff a 20 pound bird or bake alone in 325 degree oven for 45 minutes to one hour.
