Ingredients:
2 tablespoons soymilk powder or 2 tablespoons whey protein powder
1/2 cup nonfat milk
1/2 cup plain fat-free yogurt
1/2 cup strawberry
1/2 medium banana
1 1/2 cups ice cubes
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
2. Serve in a tall glass.
