  1. Cook spaghetti. While spaghetti cooks, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, gingner, and red pepper until smooth. Gradually wisk in water. Also chop the bell pepper and green onions. Drain the spaghetti and place in bowl. Add mixture to the noodles. Sprinkle with cilantro.
