I know this sounds bizarre. I balked at it when my best friend's mom said she was making it, but it is delicious-especially for those days when you are craving a whole lot of carbs. This is the only thing she likes to cook!
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 lb spaghetti
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup chunky salsa
6 flour tortillas
Directions:
1. Heat oil in wok or large pan.
2. Add noodles.
3. Cover with broth.
4. Add salsa to your liking.
5. Sautee until noodles are cooked through.
6. Place individual servings of noodles on warm tortillas. Top with shredded cheese and sour cream.
