More like 200 calories per serving because of 2 items Calorie Count couldn't find: Amish Friendship Batter, and Jello fat-free, sugar-free banana cream pudding mix. This bread is just as good as the sugar-filled, fat-filled original recipe that comes with the Starter.
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1 cup splenda no calorie
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup fruit cocktail, sugar free
1/2 cup cottage cheese, non-fat
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup egg beaters
1/2 cup applesauce, sugar free
Directions:
1. To 1 cup of Amish Friendship batter, add all ingredients and mix well. Pour in to 2 loaf pans that have been sprayed with PAM.
2. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool on rack.
