Ingredients:
4 teaspoons powdered egg whites
1/2 cup 1% low-fat milk
1/2 cup nonfat vanilla ice cream
1 dash nutmeg
1 dash cinnamon
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except spices in blender.
2. Blend until mixed.
3. Pour in glass and add a dash of nutmeg and cinnamon.
