No Sugar Coffee Cake

This came from Dr. Douglas Wonder Baker 2 Recipes booklet. I have not tried this just posting for safe keeping.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup mashed banana
1/2 cup butter, softened
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups unbleached flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup chopped dates
1 1/4 cups water
Directions:
1. Beat together mashed bananas and butter until creamy. Add eggs, vanilla and water; beat. Slowly add in flour, baking soda and baking powder; beat well. Stir in chopped dates.
2. Spread into an un-heated Baker.
3. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
4. Serve warm.
