Tenderize steak and cut into bite size pieces. Marinade overnight in oyster sauce. Saute steak, carrots, peppers, raisins and garlic in olive oil on medium heat until tender. (about 7 minutes). When ready to serve turn heat to high and add the shrimp, pineapple (including all the juice) and spinach tossing constantly until spinach begins to wilt. Add the Lemon Pepper Seasoning salt and the Black bean sauce. Toss to coat and turn heat to low. Simmer 1-2 minutes more. Serve hot over brown jasmine rice. Enjoy!
