Ingredients:
4 ripe bananas, smashed
1/3 cup melted butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
pinch of salt
1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F
2. Smash The Banana's with A Fork Thoroughly, Then Add The Melted Butter, Egg, Vanilla, Salt, Baking Soda and Sugar and Beat with An Electric Mixer On Medium Speed About (3) for 1 Minutes...
3. Then Add The Flour By Dip Method...
4. and Continue to Beat Another Minute
5. Then Pour Into Greased (Buttered) Loaf Pans
6. Bake for 50 Minutes...at 350°F
7. Cool On Wire Rack Out of Pans for 30 Minutes
8. and Serve Warm with Real Butter
9. Makes 1 Loaf...
10. I Always Make 2 Loaves...Because The 1st One Gets Eaten Quickly...
