No-Meat Meat Pie

I haven't had this in years, but it is on my list of recipes to re-discover. The recipe doesn't include cooking time though...
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups millet
1 cup oats
1 onion, chopped
1 cup mushroom, chopped
1/4 tablespoon allspice
1/3 tablespoon clove
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
salt & pepper
1/4 cup sunflower oil
1/3 cup tamari or 1/3 cup soya sauce
1 uncooked pie crust (top & bottom)
Directions:
1. Cook millet and oats.
2. (Millet is cooked like rice, but using more water).
3. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions and mushrooms.
4. Mix cooked cereals and other ingredients.
5. Place in a prepared pie crust & cover with another crust.
6. Bake at 425F until golden.
