This is a great side dish with any grilled meat, poultry or seafood!
Ingredients:
1 large avocado, peeled, pitted and cut into 1/2 cubes
2 large roma tomatoes, cut into 1/2 cubes
1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
2 tbsp. red wine vinaigrette dressing
salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
1. Toss together all the ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Serve.
