No Fuss, No Fry, Baked Fried Rice

This fried rice is baked, in one dish. It taste good, and doesn't get any easier.
Ingredients:
2 cups long grain rice
1/4 cup canola oil
1 can mushroom (keep juice)
1 package onion soup mix
2 tablespoons soya sauce
1 green bell pepper (chopped)
1 cup celery (chopped)
4 green onions (chopped)
water, plus mushroom juice to equal 4 1/2 cups
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together and put in a baking dish.
2. Bake at 350F for 1 hour.
3. When done, any cooked meat of your choice can be added.
