No Fuss Beef & Spinach Lasagna

Ingredients:
1 package(s) chopped frozen spinach,defrosted and well drained
1 egg beaten
1 lb ground beef
1 can(s) italian-style diced tomatoes, undrained
1/4 cup(s) parmesan cheese
1 jar(s) prepared spaghetti sauce 26-30 oz
1/4 teaspoon(s) red pepper
1 carton(s) ricotta cheese
1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
2 cup(s) shredded mozzarella cheese
10 uncooked lasagna noodles
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 375. Brown beef over medium heat. Drain. Season with salt stir in spaghetti sauce, tomatoes and red pepper and set aside.
2. In medium bowl combine ricotta cheese, spinach, parmesan cheese and egg.
3. Spread 2 cups beef sauce over bottom of large deep 13/9 baking dish.Arrange 4 noodles lengthwise over sauce and break 5th noodle to fit across end.press noodles into sauce.
4. Spread entire ricotta cheese mixture over top of noodles and sprinkle with 1 cup of mozzarella cheese. Top with 1 1/2 cups of beef sauce. Arrange remaining noodles in single layer
5. and press lightly into sauce.
6. Top with remaining beef sauce.
7. Bake in 375 oven for 45 minutes until noodles are tender. Sprinkle top with remaining 1 cup mozarella cheese and tent lightly with aluminum foil and let stand 15 minutes. Cut into 12 squares
