This delicious recipe came about when I really wanted a smoothie but had no yoghurt, milk OR juice. I experimented and this was AMAZING! I taught this to my mum and although she was sceptical it's now her fave recipe. If it isn't sweet enough add a little more jam.
Ingredients:
1 banana
1 golden kiwi fruit
1/8 cup frozen berries
1 teaspoon strawberry jam
3/4 cup water
Directions:
1. Combine all in a food processor and serve cold.
