Very light, tasty summer salad. I like to eat it for breakfast.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup nonfat yogurt
1 1/2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
2 cups carrots, shredded
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup crushed pineapple, drained
Directions:
1. Combine yogurt, honey, cinnamon and lemon juice to make dressing.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients.
3. Chill at least 15 minutes.
