Using egg substitute instead of real eggs in this recipe allows you to skip the usually required cooking process.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups 2% reduced-fat milk
3/4 cup fat-free half-and-half
3/4 cup egg substitute
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
3/4 cup egg substitute
2 tablespoons bourbon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Directions:
1. Whisk together all ingredients in a bowl or pitcher. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
2. *1 1/2 cups vanilla-flavored soymilk may be substituted.
3. Note: For testing purposes, we used Egg Beaters egg substitute and Silk Vanilla Soymilk.
