I make these every weekend My Husbands Italian and the kids love them so Enjoy!!!
Ingredients:
3 lbs lean ground beef
2 egg whites (beat)
1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 onion (chopped)
3 garlic cloves (chopped)
salt and pepper
italian seasoning
2 cups low-fat parmesan cheese (grated)
1 cup lowfat mozzarella cheese
tomato sauce
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 350.
2. mix all ingredients together in large bowl.
3. brown your meatballs in olive oil in your frying pan ( turn them a few times).
4. then place them on cookie sheet and bake them for about 20 min ( till done).
5. Pour your favorite sauce over them.Enjoy!
