No Bakes With Flax

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup soymilk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 5 tbsp dark cocoa
  • 3 3/4 cups quick oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 4 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Bring top 4 ingredients to a boil for 1 minute.
  2. Stir in last 5 ingredients.
  3. Fold untill it starts to set(makes thicker cookies!).
  4. Spoon onto wax paper. Let set for 2-3 hours.
