No-bake Sunflower Seed Bars

This is a recipe that I found in a Birds and Bloom advertisement.. I haven't tried it but I thought It sounded good and somewhat healthy!
Ingredients:
3 cups sunflower kernels
2 cups flaked coconut
1 cup crispy rice cereal
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
1 cup peanut butter
Directions:
1. In a large bowl: combine sunflower seeds, coconut and rice cereal
2. in a saucepan, combine brown sugar and corn syrup
3. bring to a boil. and boil and stir for 1 minute.
4. remove from the heat and stir in the peanut butter until well mixed
5. pour over the sunflower mixture
6. stir until coated
7. press into a greased 13 x 9 inch pan.
8. cool and then cut into bars.. makes 36
