Quick solution for high-priced protein bars. A little soft, but OK. Going to try some other recipes.
Ingredients:
5 t peanut butter
1/2 c rolled oats
1/2 c whole wheat flour
6 scoops whey protein powder
1 c milk, dry, nonfat, instant
1/2 c chocolate chips
1/2 c raisins
3 t honey
1 t vanilla
1/2 c water
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients
2. Mix wet ingredients
3. Mix all ingredients
4. Spread on wax paper
5. Dust with a little whole wheat flour
