No Bake Peanut Butter Nuggets

Honey can replace the juice concentrate. If you don't have wheat germ, graham crackers can be used instead.
Ingredients:
135 g natural-style peanut butter
30 g nonfat dry milk powder
25 g unsweetened flaked coconut
25 g rolled oats
1 g ground cinnamon
30 g wheat germ
70 g unsweetened apple juice concentrate
Directions:
1. Combine peanut butter, milk powder, and coconut in a large mixing bowl. Stir in oats, ground cinnamon, wheat germ, and apple juice concentrate until thoroughly combined.
2. Shape the mixture into 1 inch balls. Chill thoroughly before serving; store remaining nuggets in the refrigerator. Nuggets can also be chilled in the freezer.
