No-Bake Fudgy Oat Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/4 cups quick-cooking oats
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup baking cocoa

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine oats and coconut.
  2. Set aside.
  3. In a saucepan, combine milk and butter.
  4. Stir in sugar and cocoa.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Bring to a boil.
  7. Add oat mixture.
  8. Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  9. Remove from the heat.
  10. Stir in the vanilla.
