Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup smart balance butter spread
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 3/4 cups quaker oats
Directions:
1. Mix sugar and cocoa in saucepan, add milk and butter.
2. bring to a boil for one minute. remove from heat.
3. stir in peanut butter and oats. spoon onto cookie sheet and refridgerate and until hard.
