A great Kiwi recipe from New Zealand, made for lamb of course!
Ingredients:
1/4 cup chopped mint leaf
boiling water
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 cup malt vinegar
salt
Directions:
1. Put mint into a jug. Cover with boiling water and add sugar and vinegar. Add salt to taste.
2. Makes 1/2 cup.
