New Yorker Pasta

Not your ordinary pasta dish. Enjoy this with a salad and some crusty bread.
Ingredients:
1 t. cracked pepper
1 lb. broccoli, cut up
1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
1/3 lb. roquefort or blue cheese
2 clove garlic, minced
3 t. butter
3/4 c. thin spagetti
Directions:
1. Cook pasta to al dente.
2. Add the broccoli for the last 5 minutes.
3. Melt butter in a saucepan. Add garlic and saute over
4. low heat about 2 minutes.
5. Add Roquefort or Blue Cheese, stir until melted.
6. Place drained pasta and broccoli in a large bowl.
7. Add Garlic and Cheese sauce, toss to coat.
8. Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese and cracked pepper.
