New Potatoes With Olive Oil And Garlic

This is an easy but great recipe. We love this recipe and make it often. Hope you like it as much as we do.
Ingredients:
12 small new potatoes
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
1 large clove garlic minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Peel off 1/2 strip of skin around center of each potato.
2. Place potatoes in a steamer set over simmering water.
3. Cover and steam until tender about 20 minutes then drain and reserve.
4. Heat oil and garlic in a nonstick skillet large enough to hold the potatoes in one layer.
5. Cook over medium heat until garlic is fragrant about 2 minutes.
6. Add potatoes and roll them in the oil mixture then season with salt and pepper.
