1 onion chopped up |

1 lg can chopped tomatoes or crushed tomatoes |

2 cans or two packages of spanish rice. |
1 1/2 -2 pounds of ground beef. you can also substitue cut up beef chunks. |
8 cups of beef broth or beef bullion in water |
1 green pepper chopped |
2 yellow summer squash if available |
2 tablespoons of worcestershire sauce |
handful of chopped celantro, basil and oregano |
three cloves garlic chopped fine |
1 can red beans, drained |
1 can black beans drained |
1-2 jalapeneo peppers chopped up fine. |
two teaspoons of cumin. |
a few dashes of chili powder...don't get too carried away with this stuff, it can get pretty hot |
a dash of lime juice to taste. |
