Never-Fail Chili Con Carneo

This is the first chili I ever had and will always be my favorite.
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons oil
1 cup onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon garlic
1 lb ground beef or 1 lb ground turkey
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
28 ounces chopped tomatoes, undrained
1 cup kidney bean, cooked
1 cup navy beans, cooked
1 cup pinto beans, cooked
Directions:
1. Heat the oil in a large chili pot on medium-high heat.
2. Add the garlic and onion, cook until browned.
3. Add the meat and brown.
4. Add spices and blend.
5. Add tomatoes and beans. Stir well and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring every few moments. If the chili is too think, add some water.
6. Lower heat to low and simmer for 45 minutes. This chili is even yummier if you simmer it for a few hours on the lowest heat.
7. Serve with sour cream, shredded cheese, corn chips, cornbread, or anything you like with chili!
