This is just something I literally threw together for my husband to eat for breakfast, and he gave me a pretty good review. He did tell me that he thought it needed more cilantro. The man loves his cilantro!
Ingredients:
tostada shells
1 tbs of your favorite salsa (we use the walmart brand)
grated cheese (mozzerella/chedder, or whatever grated cheese you like)
6 eggs(3with yolks and 3 without yolks)
fresh cilantro (as much or as little as you want or none at all)
salt to taste
Directions:
1. Grease egg skillet
2. scramble salsa, eggs and fresh cilantro, and salt in skillet until well cooked (becareful not to burn the eggs:))
3. put tostada on plate, and top with some cheese
4. put 1/3 of the egg mixture on top of the cheese
5. put another layer of cheese on top of eggs
6. if you like you can put extra cilantro on top.
7. enjoy!
