Great icing for rolled cookies. Ingredients:
6 cups powdered sugar |
1 egg white |
1/2 cup crisco |
1/4 cup water (approximately) |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 dash salt |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl and beat with electric mixer until smooth. (May need to adjust water to get the right consistency.).
2. Spread on cooled rolled out cookies.
3. Add sprinkles if desired.
