Nee's Banana Bread

This is another recipe adopted by Nee when she found out she was diabetic.
Ingredients:
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
2 ripe bananas (mashed)
6 ounces frozen orange juice
2 eggs
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
Directions:
1. Sift all dry ingredients together and set aside.
2. In a separate bowl mix all wet ingredients and mashed bananas.
3. Mix wet and dry ingredients together and mix well, then fold in nuts.
4. Pour in a greased and floured loaf pan.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until middle is done.
