Neelys Sauteed Spinach

Tried it and now we can't have it often enough.
Ingredients:
3 slices bacon, roughly chopped
3 garlic cloves, sliced (i use roasted garlic)
2 bunches spinach, well washed and tough stems discarded
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Heat a medium skillet over medium high heat.
2. Add the chopped bacon and render until almost crisp.
3. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
4. Add the spinach a little at a time.
5. Toss with tongs until wilited.
6. Add balsamic vinegar.
7. Season with salt and pepper.
