Navy Bean Soup

This is my favorite soup. I like to make alot so I can put some in the freezer and have it when ever I want.
Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) package dried navy beans
6 cups water
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 onion
1 clove garlic
3 celery ribs
3 ham hocks or 3 chopped ham
1 chicken bouillon cube
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 bay leaf
Directions:
1. Soak beans over night.
2. Place all ingredients in a crockpot and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
3. Discard bay leaf.
