Navy Bean Salad
Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) can navy beans
1 bunch cilantro
around 10 cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
1/2 orange bell pepper
1 (8 ounce) can beets (or 3 small beets)
olive oil
1 lemon
salt
white vinegar
Directions:
1. mix all vegetables. Put in enough oil to cover (about 5 tbsp or a little less). Squeeze in 1/2 lemon. Add 2 tablespoons white vinegar and 1/2 tsp salt to flavor.
