A healthy snack option
Ingredients:
3/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup honey
3 tablespoons margarine
1/2 cup instant dry milk powder
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/3 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup chopped dried apricot
2/3 cup flaked coconut
Directions:
1.
Combine peanut butter and honey.

Microwave 1-2 mins.
3.
Add all ingredients (except coconut) Mix well.
4.
Roll into 30 1 inch balls.
5.
Roll in coconut.
6.
Chill til firm.
