Need a tasty healthy breakfast drink? This is it, especially for those on the go needing something easy and quick. This is loaded with vitamins and actually tastes good. I love it and make it often for my ride in to work.
Ingredients:
2 cups pecans chopped fine in blender
1 tablespoon wheat germ
1 unpeeled apple cored and diced
1 banana sliced
1 unpeeled pear cored and diced
1 cup raisins seedless
1 teaspoon brown sugar
reconstitued nonfat dry milk solids
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except milk. Moisten mixture with milk.
