Nat's Salmon loaf

This can be frozen. I cut the loaves into 4 portions, freeze and remove when I have company. Serve with crackers and breads.
Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can salmon
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup onion (minced)
3 cups ritz crackers (crushed)
3 eggs (beaten)
2 tablespoons lemon juice
4 tablespoons dried parsley
2 tablespoons dried rosemary
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Mix everything together in a large bowl.
3. Put in a greased bread pan, and bake for 50 to 55 minutes.
4. Enjoy!
