Nasi Goreng (Micronesian Rice)

Great fried rice and really good with the egg on top!
Ingredients:
1 lb pork loin, diced
1 large onion, diced
1 teaspoon mustard powder
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 cups rice, cooked, cold
Directions:
1. Boil rice ahead of time, and cool.
2. Brown pork and onion. Add condiments.
3. Combine everything and top with celery leaves and/or shrimp on top.
4. Top each serving with a fried egg (optional).
