Napa Cabbage Jicama And Green Apple Slaw

This is a flavorful take on an old BBQ standby. Serve right after tossing if you prefer a nice crunchy slaw or let marinade in the refrigerator for an hour before serving.
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups napa cabbage, shredded
1 1/2 pounds jicama, peeled and shredded
1 cup daikon radish, shredded
2 granny smith apples, peeled, cored and shredded
2 large carrots, shredded
1 stalk celery, finely sliced
1 firm pear, peeled and shredded
1/4 cup cilantro, finely chopped
3 tbsp. olive oil
3 tbsp. orange juice
1 tbsp. lime juice
1 tbsp. lemon juice
seasalt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
1. Place all the ingredients into a large bowl and toss until evenly blended. Serve.
