Ingredients:
6 cups napa cabbage, finely shredded
2 cups carrots, shredded
1 large red bell pepper, julienned
1/2 cup pickled ginger, finely shredded
1/2 cup seasoned rice vinegar
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Cover and chill up to 6 hours before serving.
