Nanna's Bread Pudding

Handed down from my grandmother, it's a great way to get rid of old biscuits or bread heals everyone refuses to eat. Very yummy comfort food.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs, packed
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 cups milk, hot
1 tablespoon butter
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
1. Combine crumbs, hot milk, eggs, sugar, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon and butter. Mix well.
2. Add vanilla and mix.
3. Turn into greased 8x8 baking pan.
4. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes or until firm.
5. Double to make a full cake sheet.
