Another of Nana's biscuit recipes, also easy, and tasty!
Ingredients:
125 g butter
1 cup flour
1 egg
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon cocoa
1/4 cup coconut (optional)
Directions:
1. Cream butter and sugar, add egg and beat.
2. Add sifted cocoa, flour, baking powder then nuts.
3. Put teaspoon amounts onto cold greased tray, cook in medium oven.
