Nana Wheat Muffins

The use of white and wheat flours make these muffins light and tasty.
Ingredients:
3 bananas (mashed)
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg (beaten)
5 tablespoons butter (melted)
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/3 cup walnuts (chopped)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven 375 degrees.
2. Combine banana's, sugar and egg in bowl.
3. Add butter and walnuts.
4. Stir in dry ingredients.
5. Fill 12 muffin papers or muffin tin 2/3 full each with batter.
6. Bake for 20 minutes or until muffins are done.
