Nadine's Meatballs

This is my great aunt's recipe. I form bigger meatballs when I serve them as the main dish.
Ingredients:
1 lb hamburger
salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
1 cup cracker crumb
1 cup milk
1 egg
1/4 cup white vinegar
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 cup ketchup
1 1/2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
Directions:
1. Using your hands, mix the meatball ingredients until well combined.
2. Form into 12 meatballs and place in a greased casserole dish.
3. Combine sauce ingredients and pour over meatballs.
4. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
